CHOC Country Fry Pan is the perfect vessel for reduction cooking or preparing sauces. Its shape makes it ideal for cooking Risotto or one-skillet meals.
This pan will steadily rise in temperature, allowing uniform heat diffusion across the pan for optimum cooking.
The bottom of the pan is reinforced which guarantees a smooth and flat bottom, even with high heat.
The high-end PFOA-free coating consists of 5 layers, offering professional quality resistance and optimal slip.
